🌻 Partner & Spouse Support Communities
Caregiving can feel isolating, especially during treatment decisions, side effects, uncertainty, and the long stretches between appointments. For many partners and spouses, peer support groups become one of the few places where people truly understand the emotional side of this experience.
These are support communities that many caregivers and partners have found helpful during the prostate cancer journey.
Peer Support for Spouses and Partners
Spouses and Partners of Prostate Cancer Patients
When we were going through treatment, I relied on this group so much. The women were incredibly supportive and always ready to answer my questions. Their kindness and shared wisdom made such a difference for me.
This private Facebook group now has nearly 6,000 members, was created in 2017, all spouses, partners, and families of men with prostate cancer. It’s a safe, understanding space for those living “from PSA test to PSA test.”

Prostate Cancer Support Group – Ladies Only
This private Facebook group is a safe space for women who have someone in their lives with prostate cancer. It was created in February 2025 and has quickly grown into a supportive circle where partners, spouses, and family members can speak openly about how hard this journey can be.
Members use the group to share their struggles, ask questions, and find strength in the company of other women who truly understand. It’s a place to vent, connect, and remember that none of us are facing this alone.

🌿 A Quiet Reminder
Online support groups are not medical care, but they can offer something many caregivers struggle to find elsewhere: people who truly understand the day-to-day emotional reality of this journey.
