Peer Support for Spouses and Partners

Spouses and Partners of Prostate Cancer Patients
When we were going through treatment, I relied on this group so much. The women were incredibly supportive and always ready to answer my questions. Their kindness and shared wisdom made such a difference for me.

This private Facebook group now has nearly 6,000 members, was created in 2017, all spouses, partners, and families of men with prostate cancer. It’s a safe, understanding space for those living “from PSA test to PSA test.”

Prostate Cancer Support Group – Ladies Only

This private Facebook group is a safe space for women who have someone in their lives with prostate cancer. It was created in February 2025 and has quickly grown into a supportive circle where partners, spouses, and family members can speak openly about how hard this journey can be.

Members use the group to share their struggles, ask questions, and find strength in the company of other women who truly understand. It’s a place to vent, connect, and remember that none of us are facing this alone.

Educator & School Allies

Educators and school staff are often among the first adults to notice when a child is carrying responsibilities beyond their years. These printable educator packets are designed to support teachers, counselors, administrators, and school staff in recognizing caregiving responsibilities and responding with awareness, compassion, and appropriate flexibility.

How to Use These Educator Packets

Use these packets to:

  • Share with teachers, counselors, administrators, and support staff

  • Support staff conversations or professional development

  • Guide compassionate responses when a student may be caring for a family member

  • Offer support without requiring a child to self-identify as a caregiver

These packets are not diagnostic tools. They are intended to support awareness and understanding.
